Diabase is a massive rock that is very difficult to break through and thus areas where it is present has the potential for water shortages. This dataset is not loosely defined as it is based on underlying geology. This dataset works in tandem with Stres_GW.shp. The polygons from the two shapefiles overlap in some places and thus were not merged in an attempt to keep original polygons of both layers present.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
